Exchanges and Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange and 14 days to request a refund.
A quick heads up: To make a successful return, we just need the item(s) you are returning to be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
For Customers located in the US and the European Union:
Free Exchanges and Returns: We will provide you with a free prepaid postage label for your return. You will be able to download this, and attach it to your parcel.
Refunds: We will provide you with a postage label for your return. You will be able to download this, and attach it to your parcel. Once product received in our warehouse you will receive your refund.
For Customers located outside of the US and the European Union:
Exchanges and Refunds: We will provide you with a prepaid postage label for your return. You will be able to download this, and attach it to your parcel. The cost of shipping your parcel back to our warehouse will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: We will provide you with a prepaid postage label for your return. You will be able to download this, and attach it to your parcel. Once product received in our warehouse you will receive your refund.
Should I get and exchange or refund?
We are able to process exchanges much quicker than refunds. As soon as your exchange return is in transit to our warehouse, we can ship out your new selected product. However, with refund returns, we will process the refund once the item returned is received in our warheouse and the item has been inspected.
Can I request an exchange?
Sure! You can change it for whatever you need.
Another product, another size or another color. Choose whatever you want and change it for something that suits you better. Just remember you have 30 days from the point of delivery!

Can I request a Refund?
If you are not satisfied with the item received, we will refund your order value, and provide you with a prepaid shipping label within 14 days from the point of delivery.
How does the return process work?
1. Take note of your order number (it is in the confirmation email you received when you made the purchase) and your postal or zip code to proceed.
2. Prepare your package to be sent to one of our warehouses:
Brand new, in original condition.
Shipped in a box - we encourage reuse of the original one.
Include the Delivery Note in the package.
3. Post out your package to our warehouse using the label provided, please do not forget to take note of the tracking number, as we need this to confirm your return.
You will find our warehouse shipping information at the end of the process.

Where do you ship to, and how long does it take?
Please Note:
Time Estimates are based on BUSINESS DAYS. Shipping times may be affected due to COVID-19.
For express shipping, you must order before 10am on Fridays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive tracking link via email.
What´s your shipping Policy?
Our shipping policy is worldwide free shipping and free returns.
If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and the package returns to our warehouse (either because you’re not there, the wrong address was provided or you moved without notifying us) it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for the package.
Who is responsible for International Import, Duty, VAT, & Customs Fees?
European Customers who have orders shipped to Europe will not be charged custom fees. All prices already include VAT.
US Customer who have orders shipped to US will not be charged custom fees. All prices already include VAT. Unless the order exceeds $850 value.
However, customers who purchase orders outside of Europe, in some cases, customs fees can be charged and it is the buyers responsibility to pay for any Import, Duty, VAT and Customs Fees that may apply for shipping to their country.
