Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.

A quick note: to make a successful return, we only need the items you are returning to be new, unused and in the original packaging.

For customers located in the US and European Union:

Free Exchanges and Returns: We will provide you with a free prepaid shipping label for your return. You will be able to download it and attach it to your package.

Refunds: We will provide you with a shipping label for your return. You will be able to download it and attach it to your package. Once the product is received in our warehouse, you will receive your refund.

For Customers located outside the US and European Union:

Exchanges and Refunds: We will provide you with a prepaid postage label for your return. You will be able to download it and attach it to your package. The cost of shipping your package to our warehouse will be deducted from your refund.

Should I get and exchange or refund?

We can process exchanges much faster than refunds. As soon as your exchange return is in transit to our warehouse, we can ship your new selected product. However, with refund returns, we will process the refund once the returned item is received at our warehouse and the item has been inspected.

Can I request a change?

Sure! You can change it for whatever you need.

Another product, another size or another color. Choose what you want and change it to something that suits you better. Just remember you have 30 days from the delivery point!

It's quick and very easy! During the process you can change and generate your new order in less than 1 minute.

Can I request a refund?

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, we will refund the value of your order and provide you with a prepaid shipping label within 14 days of the delivery point.

How does the return process work?

1. Make a note of your order number (it's in the confirmation email you received when you purchased) and your zip code to continue.
2. Prepare your package to send it to one of our warehouses:

Brand new, in original condition.
Sent in a box: we recommend reusing the original.
Include the delivery note in the package.

3. Send your package to our warehouse using the label provided, don't forget to write down the tracking number as we need it to confirm your return.

Orders, shipping and tracking

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

Keep in mind:

Time estimates are based on BUSINESS DAYS. Shipping times may be affected due to COVID-19.

For express shipping, you must place the order before 10 a.m. M. On Fridays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email.

What is your shipping policy?

Our shipping policy is free shipping worldwide and free returns.
If our carrier attempts to deliver the package to you and the package returns to our warehouse (either because it is not there, the wrong address was provided, or it was moved without notifying us), it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping fee to resend the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye on the package.

Who is responsible for international import fees, tariffs, VAT and customs?

European customers who have orders shipped to Europe will not be charged customs fees. All prices already include VAT.

US customer who have orders shipped to US will not be charged customs fees. All prices already include VAT. Unless the order exceeds the value of $850.

However, customers purchasing orders outside the US and Europe, in some cases, customs fees may be charged and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import fees, duties, VAT and customs fees that may apply for shipping to your country.
